Hollie Smith

PgDip Vet Phys ACPAT(A) Chartered Physiotherapist MCSP

Hollie graduated from York St John University as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2011. She has since worked in both private and NHS settings, completing a range of specialised physiotherapy rotations including neurology, respiratory and musculoskeletal services. Her passion in human practice is in orthopaedic surgery and she currently works part-time for a private hospital, completing outpatient post and pre-op physiotherapy.
From a young age, Hollie has always been very passionate about animal care and welfare, especially in canines. Her decision to move into veterinary physiotherapy was based on the expanding and pioneering path that the canine orthopaedic specialism is taking; allowing her to combine both of her canine and orthopaedic passion. She works for Topline Vet Physio on a part-time basis, alongside her human physiotherapy commitments. In her spare time, Hollie enjoys walking her rescue dog Leon and having riding lessons at her local equestrian centre.
